Doma Weekly: Creator Coin Debut, Smarter Trading and Security Talk
This week on Doma pushed the ecosystem in a new direction. Gochujang.com launched as the first Creator coin domain token on the platform, a new trading strategy went live and two conversations covered everything from creator coins to agent security. Growth keeps compounding, but the bigger story this week is variety: more ways to build, more ways to trade, and more ways to think about what a domain can be.
Product Updates
- New trading strategy is live: Build a Position

- Community chat now shows a @doma-ai tag affordance so users can ask the AI assistant directly

- Typing indicator shipped in community chat and direct messages so participants see when someone is composing a reply
- Holder count is now shown in the Holders tab label on the /domain Stats page

- A bunch of bug fixes and UI polish across the app
Feature Spotlight: Build a Position Strategy
A new trading strategy is live on Doma. Build a Position lets you set a target price, then buys in steadily up to your budget and holds.

Gochujang.com: The First Creator Domain
Gochujang.com launched this week as Doma's first creator domain, and the one-day recap tells the story on its own:
- First domain on Doma to surpass its buyout price
- Meaning the market is pricing it higher than the initial buyout
- Demand is outrunning the floor
- Holders are sitting on tokens worth more than the guaranteed payout
- 185 holders of $GOCHUJANG
- 91K+ total packs opened
The idea behind it is bigger than one launch. Imagine creators routing their entire brand and revenue through their domain: content, games, ad placements, merch, gacha, all of it owned and distributed on their own terms. That's the Creator Domains future Doma is building toward, and Gochujang.com is the first name through the door.
About the Game idea: Remember tearing open a pack of cards as a kid, never knowing what was inside? That's the game. Pull a pack on Gochujang.com, and instead of a holographic rare, you walk away with real $GOCHUJANG domain tokens, alongside collectible cards.

Doma onAir feat. Gabi Urrutia, SVP Security & Field CISO, Halborn
This week's onAir turned to security in the age of agents. Gabi Urrutia (SVP Security & Field CISO, Halborn) joined Inder Singh (VP of Product & Technology, D3) to talk through what security means for an increasingly agentic internet, plus the growing buzz around ICANN's next TLD round.

Community Corner
The mood in the community this week is best described as "big months ahead" energy. That phrase has been showing up a lot in our #maxxers-discussion channel, and it fits: Cohort 1 has two weeks left before it wraps, and the Gochujang launch gave everyone something concrete to rally around. Between pack openings, holder counts climbing, and people comparing notes on Build a Position, the conversation has real momentum behind it right now.
Looking Ahead
This week showed what Doma looks like when it grows in more than one direction at once. Creator coin domains opened a new door with Gochujang.com, Build a Position gave traders a new way to participate without watching charts all day, and the security conversation with Halborn pointed toward the questions the whole industry will need to answer as agents take on more of the work.
