Doma Weekly: Frontier's First Vault, Product Updates and Growth Keeps Climbing

TL;DR: the first Frontier vault just went live on Solana via Loopscale this week, a round of product updates shipped across Doma explore page and notifications, the community had its biggest week yet in chat, and the numbers keep climbing right along with it. Let's get into it.

Product Updates

  • Added a sortable launch date column to the Explore tokens table, part of consolidating it onto a single domains data source. See it live here →
  • Added a red unread-count badge on the notifications bell and a red dot on the DM icon for unread messages
  • Fixed table headers and rows scrolling out of sync at the horizontal scroll edges on Explore and other tables
  • Fixed large percentage-change values overflowing outside token cards in the homepage "Just Launched" section
  • Moved the domain bonding progress panel onto the shared progress-bar helper for consistency
  • A bunch of bugfixes and stability improvements across the app.

The first Frontier vault went live this week, on Solana, via Loopscale.

Looking Ahead

The first Frontier vault going live on Solana is a real milestone, with more Vaults coming soon. ICANN has now officially confirmed Reveal Day for October 7th, a huge moment for Frontier and the whole domain space, so all eyes are on that date.

This is the day on which ICANN publishes the list of new gTLD applications proceeding through the program, revealing entities that applied and the strings applied for. Published information will include all applied-for primary strings and any applicable variant or replacement strings, a list of contention sets, and public portions of each application. 

Between that, a record week for community chat, and the numbers still climbing steadily, there's a lot of momentum heading into the next few weeks.
